DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Preparing department reports for management needs
Dealing with different kinds of people everyday including walkins
Reaching clients to set a appointment and schedule with the engineer on site for turn over or house concerns
Monitoring calls and clients email
Finding solutions regarding clients inquiry and concerns
Monitoring qualified clients upon completion of units and loan released from bank
Coordinating to sets of department to find solutions in clients needs
Hearing comments, suggestions and voice for improvements of the company’s objective
Preparing Clients necessary copies of documents for turn over of unit such as copy of title, house plan, tax declaration
Ensuring all document are valid and updated for proper documentation of clients profile
Dealing with set of people with different status and attitude
Understanding some technical documents like title and house architecture Understanding loan releases in different financing scheme
Willingness to learn something new, dedicated in every assigned work, flexible, multi tasking, honest and has a passion to work
Graduated as Cumlaude
