§  Contribute to new business initiatives and projects and review and communicate the impact on Maintenance activities;

§  Schedule, train, supervise and motivate Maintenance Department staff, including Technicians, Coordinators and Associates; conduct performance management when required; effectively delegate any maintenance issues to be resolved;

§  15% reduction in energy bills – by conducting building energy audits and optimizing HVAC and Chiller performance.
