DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES :

AS HOTEL HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR:

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES FOR OSP PROJECTS:
Get the standard construction installation as per requirement of the client
Responsible for staking or joint staking with the client representative after receiving the plan given by the client. Prepare the schedule of the staking.
Makes the Site Instruction ( S.I.) encountered during the staking. Makes a S.I. drawing and submit it to the client for their approval especially for the rerouting of the cable construction.
After the staking, makes a report and drawing of possible options for the solutions of site problem encountered. Makes B.O.Q and B.O.M. as per requirement of the project.
Responsible for making the implementation schedule of the project and prepares man power, tools and equipment, service vehicle to be used for the project and checking the condition of the said tools and equipment and service vehicle.
Makes the list of materials needed for the project and submit to the client for withdrawal of materials.
Prepares the budget of the Site Expenses to be used for the mobilization of the project.
Prepares the daily schedule of the project and coordinates it with the client.
Responsible to ensure the Safety Measures and Quality Standards on site.
Upon the completion of the project, conduct an actual survey for Bill of Quantities of the actual installed.
Makes a redline as per actual installed.
Makes list of materials of the actual installed and list of materials to be returned to the client for reconciliation.
Responsible for electrical and physical acceptance and rectification of Deficiencies of the project.
Responsible for preparing the B.O.Q for billing.
