DUTIES and RESPOSIBILIES:

*  cut, punch, or stamps various size articles sheet or blocks materials, bolts or clamps    specified die to machine.

* Aligns and bolts dies to ram and bed of machine using gauges template, feelers, shims and wrenches.

* Grind out burrs and sharp edge using portable grinder or surface grinder.

* Start Machine as well as depress pedal or moves level that rotates or forces cutting die through sheet or block to obtain article of specified size shape.

* Blow metal fragment from die surface using airhose and brushes lubricant òver die cavity and plunger.

*Removes casting after die open automatically using tongs or piliers.

* Inspect castings for defects suck as cruck or bubbles.

* May dip castings in water to cool.

* Maintain and clean machine before and after each shift.

*Ability to used any tools for major and minor maintenance of the machine.

* Monitor machine during every procedure to ensure optinum running.

*Ability to used calliper, micrometer.

*Ability to operate surface grinder, sharpener and cutting machine.
