 Devices that include Air conditioners, freezers, reefer units, and all other HVAC and catering related refrigeration equipment
 Maintenance and troubleshooting of all hvac, freezers, cold storage, Reefer related electronic components
 Maintenance of chillers water pumps and adjustment for chiller pipe lines
 Work with voltages from 24v. to 480volts 3 phase on a daily basis.
 Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical and electronic control of hvac/Reefer equipment..
 Organize and maintain job crew performance.
 Communicate job status and project progress reports to company representatives.
 Implement and ensure all job quality and safety requirements.
 Read blueprints and schematics. Maintain control sequences
 Valid passport and driver’s license
 Installation, commissioning, Maintenance of centralized and domestic air conditioning, heating, ventilation, steam distribution equipment in commercial facilities and maintenance of reefers, freezer, chillers, ice machine, cold storage rooms.
 Read blueprints and diagrams; install and repairing compressors from 5tr to 100tr, evaporators, motors, temperature controls, ducts, and piping.
 Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot breakdowns, and repair malfunctioning HVAC mechanical and electrical control systems and components; utilize measuring and testing instruments.
 Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on bearings, pumps, polyphone motors, shaft alignments, and fans. Document all maintenance / repair actions and manage equipment
