Currently a fourth year Industrial Systems Engineering student and will be graduating April 2019. As an engineer, I see myself as a part of engineering team working on different methods of process efficiency and production enhancement opportunities. My goal is to maximize the utilization of assets, equipment and platforms.

Maintenance Engineering Co-op term at Mosaic (May 2018 to August) Esterhazy, SK, Canada

·       Worked on various projects involving a variety of concepts and equipment such as pumps, motors, reducers, scrubbers, conveyors, piping, valves, pneumatics, Industrial magnets, and centrifuges.

·       Worked on providing engineering for all process and infrastructure related equipment. Including identification of changes to maintenance, operating procedures, and design practices.

·       Worked on projects requiring in-depth knowledge of potash refinement process. Worked on engineering designs for a variety applications.

·       Worked in a fast-paced environment and dealing with daily maintenance and engineering requests.

·       Held regular meetings with various other groups such as electrical, environmental and mechanical integrity for the safe and timely completion of projects.

·       Lay down the foundations of M.O.C (management of change) for various projects. Holding meetings with different groups and managers to insure all aspects of safety and reliability are addressed and recorded.

Project Engineering Co-op term at K+S Windsor Salt (September 2017 to December 2017) Belle Plaine, SK,   Canada

·       Worked on multiple capital projects in the K+S Belle Plaine facility which includes new industrial Plant machinery installation, Plant maintenance and building/facility maintenance.

·       Managed/scheduled fieldwork for ongoing projects.

·       Managed projects involving complex automated machinery, Steam Turbines, boilers, industrial compressors and conveyors.

·       Presented engineering solutions to various problems dealing with process improvement, equipment efficiency/maintenance and safety.

·       Coordinated and organized multiple subcontractors. Presenting procedures, rules, and regulations to subcontractors involved in the project while maintaining a safe, clean, and productive environment.

Design and Drafting Co-op term at Husky Energy (January 2016 to August 2016) Lloydminster Upgrader, SK, Canada

·       Used AutoCAD and Microstation to create complex piping isometrics, electrical, process, construction and instrumentation drawings.

·       Worked with the Husky internal drawing system. Proficient in system management and troubleshooting.

·       Field work required for projects. Worked in all the major plants of the Lloydminster upgrader, with regular site visits, thereby getting a basic understanding their functionality and operations.

·       Completed multiple projects relating to piping and specialty valve replacements, also responsible for supervising them from start to end.

·       Strong knowledge of piping standards, valve specifications, pumps & heat exchangers.

·        Used SAP for a number of projects under supervision, to order piping equipment including specialty valves and flow measuring devices.

·       Awareness of management of change process (M.O.C) and process hazard analysis (P.H.A) meetings.

·       Completed pressure safety valves piping packages assignment, required for the 2017 turnaround.
