Re: Practical Nurse position
I yearn to express my interest in the practical nurse position. I am a past student of the R & H College of practical Nursing and First Aid where I studied a complete course of practical nursing.
My skills and experience are suitable to be a practical nurse and I am a highly motivated nurse with two months experience (360 hours) at the St. Ann’s Bay Infirmary. I received hands on experience in doing medications, cleaning and dressing wounds, feeding, bathing and a lot more. Upon completing my course I got a tour of The Bustamante Hospital for children, The Sickle cell Clinic on the University of the West Indies Campus and The Diabetes Clinic. I am currently employed at Reli on Nursing home located in Jamaica for one year in which I administrator medications prescription by doctors, counteract with patients family members, prepare patients meals, bathe, shave and come hair etc.
I have extensive knowledge in First Aid, Nutrition, Mental Health, Geatrics, Maternity Nursing, Medical Surgical Nursing, Pediatrics, Pharmacology, Anatomy and Physiology, and Psychology.
