A highly experienced Production Supervisor, who enjoys working on solving production problems, and leading people. Had over eleven years experience of supervising staff in a manufacturing and assembly plant. As a true all-rounder, I can direct work activities, schedule employees and write up all necessary documentation. Production Supervisor POLYURETHANE MOLDING ( December 2015 until Present)
Autoliv Cebu Safety Manufacturing ( Mepz 1, Lapu- Lapu )
1. Monitor & follow NC % targets.
2. Ensure that daily output and NC% defect by each line are being check, monitored and analyze.
3. Coordinates with Maintenance team as well as Engineering team regarding actions and countermeasures to improve production on POLYURETHANE MOLDING department.
4. Coordinates with Maintenance team regarding the Scheduled Preventive maintenance of POLYURETHANE Molding machines.
5. Monitor & prepares OPI result by each line for PPM, Repair and LMPU result by weekly & monthly.
6. Prepares Weekly presentation for management review
7. Monitor Overtime hrs. In each cost center based on set target.
8. Receives daily production schedule and materials to modify or repair from planning and logistics.
9. Simulate daily scheduled received from production planner and check if this could be met and achieved by the production line.
10. Highlight identified bottlenecks and issues between the production plan against the actual production capacity.
11. Ensures Work Instruction , Process Flow , Production Control Plan , Standard Specifications , Guidelines & PFMEA are being followed and executed on each line and update to new TS format.
12. Ensure to comply and implement APS Training and other related training activities.
13. Monitor and implement Kanban System in all processes.
14. Check & Monitor product produced daily based on customer demand and no over- production.
15. Ensure Kaizen Suggestion is done in all levels and Action plan are implemented.
16. Ensure Supervisors confirm with the release schedule and manpower availability.
17. Recommends action on Manpower Requisition when additional manpower is needed, or Personnel Movement for any manpower affecting production personnel and coordinates with the Division Manager.
18. Coordinates with HR for manpower requirements.
19. Coordinates with EAM for repair and maintenance of production equipment and facilities.
20. Recommends to Purchasing for the procurement of local materials needed in the production.
21. Ensure that production related problems and NC are being measures and analyze and correct any foreseen event/problem which may affect the attainment of the production targets.
22. Ensures that any violation of any rule on discipline is known and proper investigation is conducted and coordinates with HR.
23. Ensures compliance to ISO/TS/IATF Standards.
24. Participate in Internal Quality audit for ISO 9001, 14001 & TS/IATF16949 standardization.
25. Ensure that implementation of safety procedures in the line is properly carried out.
26. Ensure that good communication and harmonious relationship are properly observe within the organization.
