JOB PURPOSE:
Ø Tollbooth Cashier.

JOB PURPOSE:
Ø Providing user level technical support for end users, computers, printers, etc.
Ø Providing user level training on daily applications use including current versions of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other basic computer related skills.
Ø End user system updating and monitoring including: patch management, spyware removal and testing, virus checking, ensuring backup of files and folders, and disk management utilities.
