as well as regular evaluations on job performance.

● In charge of formulating standardized WIS (Work Instruction Sheets per Logistics operation) and training activity
plans for Team Members.

● Conducts monthly calculation of Kanban (Material Signal) depending on production volume.

● Prepares KPI (Key Performance Indicator) reports required by Production Control Division.

● Creates and provides SOPs (Standard Operation Procedures) for forklift and tow car operation to increase efficiency
and minimize accidents.
