• Conducts extensive research and analysis of new and historical data to aid the revision of existing and creation of new methodologies for our primary content set: Corporate Activism

• Writes methodology documents covering various topics under the Corporate Activism which would guide the analysts in processing different global activism situations

• Contacts and coordinates with international law firms and financial institutions to confirm their representations to firms involved in activism situations to ensure the accuracy of the data to be published in the quarterly activism and company defense league tables from FactSet

• Initiates and aid the creation of new logic and design of new enhancements in the data collection tool that would support the activism process expansion initiatives; moreover, participates in the testing and deployment check of the new enhancements

• Participates in methodology-related calls /meetings to ensure that current practices are in
keeping with standards and changes are communicated and rolled-out in a timely manner
