Actually, I am interesting in career change to equipment services.
In fact, I was been as a head of department in flow energy management and in operations maintenance for more than ten years.

To tell the truth, my personal achievement is to have more considerable role in society and communities.

Also, I want to assume leadership roles in multicultural organizations.
My professional achievement is to become a general manager in electrical energy.

I hope to use the skills which I acquired  within my professional background to stimulate case studies with real facts from my fourteen years of work experience.
I began working at ONEE Morocco in 2005; After three years ( exactly in July 2008), when I was a head of department medium voltage, I introduced SCADA ( Supervisory, Control and Data Acquisition) system, also DMS ( Distribution Management System) of electrical grid ( network).

In fact, these two systems helped my organization to approach a business challenge and opportunities efficiently. After having integrate SCADA and DMS, my organization became one of the first companies in Morocco which use Business Intelligence and Big Data tools.

The factors considered was the process, technologies and tools needed to turn data into information, information into knowledge, and knowledge into plans that drive profitable business actions.

The obstacles faced was that Business Intelligence has not been a straightforward task, given the multifaceted of data processing techniques involved and managerial output expected.

SCADA and DMS was both a process and a product. The process is composed of methods that organization use to develop useful information that  helped my organization survive and thrive in the global economy. The product is information that allowed my organization to predict the behaviour of their competitors, suppliers, customers, technologies, acquisitions, markets, products and services and the general business environment with a degree of certainty.

I will contribute toward advancing the mission of your organization to develop principled, innovative leaders who improve the world by bringing my experiences acquired  when I was a member of several work team at ONEE.
