I am writing this letter to express my interest in securing a Junior Architect position in your company. I am thrilled about the idea of potentially working for a respectable and growing practice where I will continue to develop my architectural skills at a professional setting. I am a bright architecture graduate from Oxford Brookes University. Throughout my time as an undergraduate, I have become proficient at addressing briefs with innovative designs focusing on sustainability. Through being part of outstanding design units, I have acquired skills in problem solving and teamwork. I graduated with excellent grades in my Built Environment Foundation in Oxford with a (1:1) First Class and graduated in architecture with a (2:1) Second Upper Class. I have also been working in practices that specialize in interior design for the community and have an environmental duty to society.

I have successfully worked in many group projects in university, as well as a Junior Architect in Atelier KEL, an architectural firm in Morocco. I am currently working for Atelier KEL where I’m assisting the senior architects in many projects. I have designed plans, assisted in final interior and exterior renders before they were presented to clients. I visited and supervised different sites weekly. I used to take measurements in the sites and researched building materials for the senior architects. I designed the plans of many villas and assisted in the masterplan of a private luxurious residential area in La Palmerai located in Marrakech. I have remarkable communication skills with clients and group members. Additionally, I fluently speak English, French, and Arabic. I am very passionate and ambitious and can work on my own without any supervision. I meet deadlines punctually and have excellent graphic design skills, which will be very essential to the practice. I am exceptionally capable at Auto CAD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Rhino, Sketchup, Vray and other graphics programs. Additionally, I am a passionate filmmaker and video editor with knowledge in Final Cut Pro X and Sony Vegas Pro. I have also filmed and edited the official promotional film for Aglou Center, a real estate company.

The next step in my professional development as an architect is to work in Dubai, which is a city that supports innovation and has a progressive architectural approach. I hope I could discuss and show you my work in person. I look forward to hearing from you.
