Establishment of simplified system & procedure in processing of payables, Organized filing of Voucher, Controlled liquidation, & Monitored accurate & proper charging of cost & expenses.
a. Checking & ensuring the completeness of series of vouchers & checks.
b. Encoding, Analyzing & Summarizing expenses per subsidiary accounts and per department.
• Payroll & Benefits –
Encoding, Summarizing & Reconciliation of payroll disbursement per subsidiary accounts & per department.

b. Ensured effective controls are in place for accurate calculation & timely disbursement of payroll,
related taxes, deductions, and filing of required reports.
