Logistics
Develop and maintain a fit for purpose Personnel/Equipment Logistics plan.
Manage all logistical tasks (Transportation, Flight tickets and Hotel Accommodation) related to staff movement ranging from International visitors and in country trips.
Provide advice to International staff and assist them and their dependents in processing request for visas, expatriate identity cards, drivers’ licenses and other relevant personnel related documents.
Certify Travel Agency invoices / payments. Complete ticket payment to the travel agency on bi-monthly basis as agreed with the travel agent.

Identify, evaluate, develop, monitor implementation and update annual procurement plans with clear specifications regularly to support needs based on requirements stated in plans and budgets
Organize procurement & tendering processes in a manner that meets the five metrics of delivering goods and services with a) right quantity, b) right quality, c) right price, d) right time and e) the right location.
Reducing number of beneficiary complaints related to vendor performance records and Cost benefit analyses and impact analysis
Monitor generator maintenance/repairs and ensure at any given time, the tracker is up to date
Active contribution to the inclusion of supply chain and logistics factors and constraints in CBT Working Group discussions (meeting minutes)
Monthly reports / feedback on Supply Vendor Relationship meetings.
