HR/Recruitment Operations Lead for MEA

March 2016 till date:

•       Provided operational support for the GTA team (Global Talent Acquisition), HR Teams and hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle

•       Ensured smooth process flow for candidates from interviews to pre-onboarding and coordinated the efforts in each step within the requested time frame

•       Successfully managed assessment centers for hiring projects

•       Contributed in identifying process deficiencies and helped the organization with enhancing standards and processes as well as ensured smooth transition for the impacted stakeholders.

•       Partnered with various internal & external stakeholders such as Microsoft Leadership Team, HR Services/pre-onboarding, Legal, Immigration as well as

•       Took the initiative to lead the efforts in designing an immigration processes for Microsoft Morocco and Jordan.

•       Trained, onboarded, mentored new joiners, and shortened the ramp up period

•       Became the super user of Dynamics scheduling tool and oversaw any matters related for the region in coordination with the program managers in Microsoft HQ, Seattle.
