· Responsible for the monitoring and improvement of the recruitment process in the organization.
· Evaluates different recruitment channels and sources for different job positions in order to efficiently provide the manpower needs of the company.
Builds the manpower pool by researching and contacting colleges, posting job vacancies in job posting and internet sites;
Attends school, Public Employment Service Office and Department of Labor and Employment job fairs.

· Updates the individual disciplinary action tracking of all restaurant and head office employees.
· Prepares the Interoffice Memorandum for the offenses committed by the employees by following the implementing procedures in handling disciplinary actions.
· Attends the conference regarding the investigation of Class C or serious offenses and prepares the minutes of the investigation.
