I am a goal-oriented project management specialist. I am passionate about protecting vulnerable people such as the IDP communities against injustices, denial of access to information and media freedom, disasters such as prolong droughts and wraths of climate change, by supporting the development partners of Somalia through innovative approaches in socio-political analysis and strategic field-based research on Peacebuilding, democratization and SSR and Resilience Programs. This will help the target groups to get access to information, diversified suitable livelihood sources and protection of natural assets Additionally, I maintain a capacity to provide MEAL technical support to projects (using GIS/remote sensing applications). Posed as a confident person, who can work in a challenging environment and under pressure, I have ability to negotiate and can promote teamwork, towards maximum productivity.
