IN THE EARLY YEARS I STUDIED PHILOSOPHY, BUT I SHIFTED TO BECOME A HOTELIER. THEN I WAS WORKING AT OUR OWN BAKESHOP, UNTIL I WAS TAKEN IN BY PUREFOODS CORPORATION AS A BAKING CONSULTANT/EXPERT. I LATER WENT ON-BOARD THE LUXURY SHIPS WORKING ON-BOARD AS A BAKER, PIZZA-MAN, YEARS LATER, WENT TO THE SHIP’S HOT KITCHEN TO DO THE COOKING. WHILE IN-BETWEEN CONTRACTS, I WORK A COLLEGE CULINARY ARTS INSTRUCTOR AT SAN SEBASTIAN COLLEGE-RECOLETOS, AND AT APICIUS CULINARY ARTS FINISHNG SCHOOL. UNTIL 2016, I AM MARRIED WITH TWO SONS, AND I WOULD STILL LOVE TO DO MY THING IN THE KITCHEN OR IN THE BAKESHOP. THANK YOU.
