Identify and replace all dull cutting tools & install and secure all tools for attachment with the help of various hand tools and measuring instruments.

Complies with all quality policies, specifications, regulations and instructions.

Performs all tasks in a safe and responsible manner.

  Duties and Responsibilities

Computer Numerical Control Wood Work

-Programming, setting up and operating CNC Panel Saw.

-Cutting the Medium-density fibreboard (MDF)

Operating the Edge Banders Machine.

-Attaching the four sides of MDF to make a kitchen door.

Operating manual table saw.

-Cutting red oak or walnut wood frame to assemble a kitchen door.

Operating the boring machine and press machine.

Inspect and measure work pieces to verify the accuracy of cuts, using meter measurement.

Performs daily and regular cleaning and light maintenance task on the machine.

Applying extensive skills and experience to operate CNC machine in accordance with safety regulations.
