Nature of work:  Wyeth Nutrition Philippines. Hauling Finished Goods and RAWMATS – Raw Materials. Finished Goods loading from the Plant Warehouse and transfer to all off-site warehouses, while Raw Materials transfer from off-site warehouse to the Plant warehouse. In Hauling WYETH Products, we have had procedures need to follow and that would be the part of nature of work. We had yearly seminar or orientation conducted by: First, SAFETY – we discussed about the truck – it must be cleaned inside and outside of the truck. When the truck on the loading bay, we must put wheel chocked to the tire to prevent moving when we were loading the truck. Before we enter the loading areas, change your safety shoes, and we use plant safety shoes and then we start loading. Before loading, we need to check first all finished goods belongs to you it there were dented or carton damage. After loading, the driver signed the documents stated that all loading FG are good and no damages. Then proceed to the off-site warehouse. We need to handle it with care with the exact KPH – kilometer per hour. Second, SECURITY executing all rules and regulations of the company; where checking company uniforms, company ID and the trucks if it completed with fire extinguisher. The security recorded the all transactions outbound and inbound documents. Third: CGMP – Current Good Manufacturing Practices. Here, we discussed Finished Goods handling procedure to avoid damage of the products. In addition; we tackled also on how the products approach to its destination, by using transportation.

2010-2012-TRAILER DRIVER

Nature of work:  First, HAULING bulk cement and hauling Arabian lights or ARAMCO – ARABIAN AND AMERICAN COMPANY. In bulk cement, I hauled from the cement factory and delivered the designated locations. In unloading bulk cement, I used engine motor producing air pushing-up the cement into the (SAILO) or CEMENT BANK. Second, ARAMCO, we need to have a seminar for ARAMCO ID before hauling ARAMCO products. In entering ARAMCO premises the safety officer will check the truck if it is completed: lights, wheel chock, fire extinguisher. And the drivers will check if they are completed of PPEs – Personal Protective Equipment, like helmet, hand gloves, uniform, eye protector and loading ticket. After inspected, proceed to the ARAMCO office and register your loading ticket and your ARAMCO ID number and wait for your turn through TV monitor. If you see your number, appeared to the screen, proceed to the loading area and placed your truck at the designated loading number. Off the engine, get-down and put plastic barrier to the front of the truck, proceed to the connector loading: first, connect the ground, air and then the bottom or loading arm. And then proceed to the computer section and enter the loading number and press start. After loading, to disconnect the loading elements, reverse the procedure. After disconnecting, take your receipt to the computer section before departed and back to the office and get the delivery receipt for the designated destination.

Nature of work:  Delivering frozen goods to jollibee , mang inasal, chowking. Before entering the loading bay, the freezing van must be starting to the freezing point until the exact gauge of the temperature. And then get the receipt and delivered to the branches which given by the dispatcher.

2013 PRESENT DRIVER

Nature of work:  Wyeth Nutrition Philippines – Nestle Global. Hauling FG – Finished Goods and WIP: Finished goods loading from warehouse plant and delivered to off-site warehouses. And WIP delivered to Mega-pack for repacking and delivered to off-site warehouses thru 6in1 bases and 2in1 bases. In 6in1 bases, 6 loaded trucks delivered to off-site warehouse is equivalent to 1 trip only, and 2in1 bases, 2 loaded trucks is equivalent to 1 trip only also. And we had a backload of collapsible pallets. Collapsible pallets and divider is used by WIP – plastic box for sachet of milk products of Wyeth nutrition. In the same rules, Wyeth Nutrition Philippines had many rules and regulations to follow. SAFETY- how to avoid incidents and accident, like in handling Wyeth products, we make it sure that is safe and good hands until its destination. Follow by the truck safety- where, we make sure that clean in outside and inside of the truck with fumigation. In addition, the truck must have complete requirements like wheel chock, drip pan, and fire extinguisher, and all trucks entering Wyeth premises shall observed road safety to avoid any related traffic. Transport providers shall ensure that transport vehicle is checked prior dispatch. We make it sure that the drivers and helpers are clean and good looking. Complete uniform with company ID, visibility vest, safety shoes, and hand gloves. The drivers must have DEFENSIVE DRIVING seminar. SECURITY- the security executing all the rules and regulation implemented by the company with penalties, they recorded the incidents and accidents inside and outside of the premises of Wyeth Nutrition. CGMP-Current Good Manufacturing Practices, It is about the products for proper handling. We discussed how the products reached their respective destination by using transportation. It also discussed about safety health and environment.
