Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensures all plant safety procedures and production targets are optimised and achieved.

• Ensures that plant and associated infrastructure housekeeping complies with AML standards and tools are maintained in a zero defect condition per the manufacturers specifications.

• Undertakes a schedule of safety / environmental / housekeeping inspections of the processing plant and associated infrastructure when required, ensuring that corrective actions on deficiencies are raised and communicated to the shift supervisor.

• Ensures that reporting of all accidents, incidents, near misses and abnormalities

• Takes direction from the Team Leader and Shift Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities:

Leads in Pre Comissioning,Comissioning Activities

Duties and Responsibilities:

Reporting to Shift supervisor/ boardman.
Process field Operator – Polymerization , Extruder , Utilities

· Carries out start-up and shutdown procedures in the Polymerization section in the accordance with the operating instruction.

· Operates pumps, compressors, and other related equipments.

· Records equipment parameters as required in every shift.

· Adjusts or verifies process condition in the field as necessary or as requested by the Polymerization Boardman Or Shift Supervisor.
