Utilize Siemens Sicad Netminister, a software being developed for the engineering records management of the Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company.

Responsibilities Include

§   Responsible for digital conversion of seam less land base maps including edge matching, layer correction and street name correction to Geographic Information Systems (GIS) standards

§   Responsible for digital conversion of detailed primary and secondary network plans by creating spanfields, messenger wires, distribution points, copper cables, manholes and conduits, duct groups and other network facilities/objects to Geographic Information Systems (GIS) standards
