· Our mission at Merton School was to provide a high school transition program. We gave youth ages 10-12 with the skills, tools, and resources to assist them in preparation for the changes accompanying their transition into high school.
· My partner and I purposely worked to create a program which aligns with values of safety, support, and respect of others. Even though our program was focused on assisting youth in transition, it was tailored to be in their daily life as well.
