Quantity Surveying Operations
§ Coordinating in overall administration and project execution plans with Sub Contractors, Project Team & Project Mangers.
§ Preparing the:
o Bills and/or Schedules of Quantities of materials, labour and services required in the construction and equipment of building, or engineering works, and;
o Statement of final account, summarizing the cost charges that have occurred and arriving at a final contract sum after completion of a contract.
§ Analysing subcontractors’ terms and conditions for various risks such as ambiguities, conflicts or deviations from the scope of work.
§ Assessing the cost effects when changes occur and agree on variation with contractors.
§ Preparing the BOQ for new tenders from the tender drawings.
§ Preparing Barbending Schedule for all Equipment foundations and Buildings.
Quality Control Management
· Establishing Project Quality Plan as per project requirement.
· Preparing method of statement.
· Prepare submittals through the approval process.
· Prepare Technical Queries.
