1.      Cleaning of melting and holding furnace.

2.      Maintain good condition of furnace.

Mold Preparation

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

1.      In sand blasting mold, were responsible to use abrax or salica. In sand blasting in cleaning and then we checked the mold condition before we start the operation.

2.      Were responsible for observing the mold either incapable to operate or if it is good to operate.

3.      Dismantle the mold and remove all bolt to prevent stock up then we put greasy oil for easy removal.

4.      Discalling the lower mold to prevent water cooling connection clogged.

5.      Clean injector pin and side mold water box and then we assemble the mold to make sure all bolts were tighten.

6.      Before starting the operation, first thing to do is to assemble the mold then pre-heating the mold to 230c the after that sand blasting again to remove cast.

7.      Air blowing all mold to prevent it into dye coating.

 

 

Position:         Foundry Casting Operator

(September 1997 – December1999)

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

1.      Monitor of casting products.

2.      Responsible the operation activity management of MAP/Casting Section and it’s day to day production scheduling and monitoring.

3.      Making monthly and daily plans for the section monthly target.
