USAID Global Health Supply Chain Program-Procurement and Supply Management (GHSC-PSM) project support the scale-up of HIV/AIDS services across 36 states and the federal capital territory Abuja Nigeria. GHSC-PSM also support scale-up of malaria services in 11 states and family planning services in 6 states of the Federation
Responsibilities
• Oversee product and service procurement from across the globe with the use of ARTMIS system (Automation Requisition Tracking Management Information System) for US mission in Nigeria, Directorate of Defense Nigeria, Center for Disease Control Nigeria and USAID Nigeria.
• Independently develop, negotiate, execute and administer, all types of unique, complex, high risk, legally binding contracts for goods, trade services, personal and professional services.
