Job History

Since Nov 2016 to till today I working in Tutia Kids Optical as a Purchase and logistics in charge. Follow up branches request and deliver to them on time. Email networking with foreign suppliers. Attending inventory. Arranging barcode each and every item.
From September 2016-Nov 2016 worked as a customer service agent in Dar Al Jadawel Publishing house.
Since 1998 to till August 2016 I worked in Obeikan Bookstore as a foreign books purchase coordinator. First two years I worked as a foreign books salesman.
Having experience in International Book fairs.
Job responsibilities in Obeikan Bookshop:

Upon arrival the shipping documents and shipment of foreign books, invoices and all kind of documents have been received and handle to warehouse and  MOI,
Create new code, making purchase order according to the publishers invoice and distribute the quantity all over the branches according to their sales.
Follow the status of shipment with warehouse. Making extra and missing report for publishers, checking the publisher account discrepancies in file.
Request for quotation to publishers in excel.
Adding complete freight charge item by item with every quantity.
Work Methodology:

During Obeikan period I work so many application. Like Horizon, Oracle based program ERP, BAAN, Work flow application.

All software are similar so able to work other application with in short orientation.

Able to work Excel ( Inter Level), Email networking (Advance), power point (Beginner level), Access Database,

Language Known:      English fluent  and Arabic (Conversation) Well Understood.
