I have worked at Mogo Self Catering Apartments in Mogoditshane as a receptionist. My responsibilities were greeting customers, dealing with their enquiries, answering calls, making calls, assisting them to know better about the services we provided which were; accommodation, food and beverages.
I was doing my field attachment at Gaborone City Council Depot for 3 months. I developed policies and standard operating procedures for them. I did accident investigation, checklists, training manual, toolbox talks, baseline risk assessment and a full attachment report about the workplace.
