Enforcement and the implementation of COMPANY standards by ensuring contractors compliance
Coordinating daily and weekly Site Safety inspections, walk through and reporting to Client Project Management Team
Organising Monthly Life Saving Rules meeting with Company and Contractor
Collating HSE incident monthly statistics records and charts as means to communicate incident trends to client and contractor management
Reviewing and approving Activity Risk Assessment before work commences
Active involvement in ensuring HSE deliverables are proactively supplied when needed at site.
Representing Site HSE focal and ensuring clients HSE resources and materials are provided to contractor when new legal requirements or programs are rolled out from the Clients Head Quarters.
Facilitating Contractor HSE department in promoting behavioral safety programmes
Stewarding quarterly Contractors HSE Audits and ensuring compliance with project HSE Action plans and Contractual Agreements.
Coordinating quarterly HSE Level 1 site Audit exercise
Implementing premobilization inspection of new equipment
