I am a Bachelor of Science in Psychology graduate with an experience of being a Customer Service Representative in the year 2013-2018. I’ve been a Customer Service Representative for SEARS.com as an online customer support wherein we have a lot of tasks to do- we often assist in ordering items online and not only that, we can be a Customer Support that can help in many departments.
Comes year 2014 , I decided to resign but I decided to back in a Call Center Industry again. I applied in a BPO industry back then in the Philippines named CONVERGYS Baguio. I’ve been a Billing Specialist for Directv.com and then continued working Ebay.com as Ebay Mediation Representative. I ended my Employment due to Health Reasons but now I’m really willing to work again as a Customer Service Representative.
