Work experience for about 30 years in the mining industry here in our country and abroad. With vast experience in mining acting in various positions from Junior Mine Engineer, Mine Shift Boss, Mine Foreman, Mine Planning Engineer, Senior Mine Engineer, Mine Engineering Superintendent, Quarries’ Engineer & Project Engineer in both Open Pit and Underground Mine Operations, I can contribute to the success of your present mining undertakings. Duties:
· Responsible for the attainment and implementation of all quarry objectives as discussed with the Quarries Manager.
· Prepares semi-annual and annual budget for all quarries under supervision.
· Responsible for the safety of men and equipment under control.
· Do delineation of rock slices for drilling and subsequently block drilling & re-trimming for export quality dimensions usually specified by clients and other blocks for in-house factory consumptions.
· Keep records of all blocks for export quality and factory class both monthly production and the successive inventory every end of the month.
· Responsible for cost control and to operate within the budget.
· Do all the planning in quarry works for smooth operations.
We engaged in quarrying granite for immediate exporting to different countries usually to Italy, China & India and to the in-house factory for further processing, use either for domestic consumption or again for export.

Duties:
· Responsible for the project management in the mine tunnels with 3.50m x 3.30m and 3.50m x 3.50m sizes of “engineered” openings.
· Responsible to all mine activities such as drilling, blasting, rock bolting & shotcreting and hauling using mechanized equipment such as LHD, Jumbo Drill, Shotcrete Machine, LPT, Battery Locomotive, etc.
· Responsible for the safety and Welfare of all men working under my supervision.
We are one of the development contractors in driving horizontal openings for Lepanto Mines in Mankayan, Benguet.

· Prepares the weekly & monthly reports tracking the actual mine production vs. the mine plan.
· Do open pit designs in day to day works in consonance with the optimized pit design using MineMap Software.

Duties:
· Prepares the MPSA (Mineral Production Sharing Agreement) government requirements of the company’s new projects such as the alluvial gold mining along the Abra River and the cement plant.
· Prepares mine plans for the rehabilitation works to be undertaken in re-opening of the Patok Underground Gold Mine in Licuan, Abra.
· Assist in the procurement of mine and mill equipment including its assaying facilities in preparation for the opening of Patok Gold Mine and exploration & development of the company’s new projects such as the Placer Gold, the Cement Plant and the Capcapo Porphyry Gold-Copper Project, that are all located in Abra Province.
· Prepares exploration & development schedules for the above stated new projects.

· Prepares preliminary feasibility studies for Open Pit and Underground Mine projects.
· Do orebody modeling thru the use of Datamine Software. Creating an estimated ore resource based on drilling raw data. And subsequently mineable reserve that can be readily determine based on metal price/metal recovery/cost assumptions and mining technical data inputted, using the built-in “Lerchs-Grossman” method for Open Pit optimization, and the “Floating Stope” program for Underground mineable reserve estimation.
· Carry out mine planning & scheduling on both Open Pit and Underground operations.
I was transferred to central office (CHQ) of Benguet Corp. engaged in prospecting, exploration, development, mining & processing mineral ore which includes gold, silver, copper and chromite. We act as technical team serving several mines of Benguet Corp. such as in Baguio District, Zambales and Davao.

Duties:
· Responsible for the safety of 150 men under my direct supervision both production and development.
· Responsible in attaining the daily tonnage quota of mine production and the required ore grade to be sent to the mill. Design implementation of strategies for mine development & production.
· Daily visit in all Underground workings that include mine development advances both vertical and horizontal headings, production stopes and frequent visit to mine support plants/facilities such as pump rooms, major vent raises, hoist room & loading pockets. To ensure that all standard operating procedures are religiously carried out.
· Do budget preparation for mine production & development to be submitted quarterly to the Mine Group Manager.
· Formulate possible innovations on blasting & underground support techniques to reduce cost. And consciously work on maintaining or increasing the profitability of unit assignment.
Worked in Underground Mine producing gold/silver ore at 2,000 MTPD. Operating in 0.91m to 15m Stopping width usually following a gold/quartz vein system.

-After 6 months of “Muckership”, I acted as the Miner – responsible of producing the ore tonnage and development meterage following religiously the Standard Operating Procedures. After a year, I was promoted to the first line supervisor “Capataz” responsible around 30 men working in a shift.
