and create a good working environment (shop floor management);
〓 Coordination with other departments, suppliers and customers to meet the desired result and resolve any
problem arises and improve customer’s satisfaction (use of indicator performance board) ;
〓 Prepare production reports such as financial result, and budgeting plan reports such as material, manpower,
cost and others according to the market trend and make adjustments according to the market demands ;
〓 Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions;
