SUMMARY

A creative high school graduate with a keen interest in computing, coding and web design in particular. So far in life, he has been fortunate enough to have lived and traveled to many countries. Over the course of time, the things experienced and the choices made, has contributed to the making of who he is in society.

Graphic Design – Self Taught

Started with experimenting in Photoshop since 2013 helped me with gaining skills to open up the opportunity of designing for others under the area of digital design and this enabled me to develop the advanced skills needed for Graphic Design and allowed me able to earn a small amount of money branding social media accounts.

Web Design – Self Taught

Involved learning the different types of coding languages since 2016 to help towards fulfilling a career in the Web Design industry, including HTML and CSS, with gaining this knowledge from using the Treehouse website.

Outward Bound Skills For Life Award

This was a three week program for ages 15 to 19 that I attended in Ullswater, UK during the summer. Part taking in this was quite a challenge and the program involved completing a variety of different physical tasks, for example, swimming in freezing cold rivers, camping outdoors and trekking for hours with a heavy rucksack. Even though that was one of the first times I had been away from home for the longest, another thing that I had to face was traveling alone by plane, train and bus from my home in Abu Dhabi to Ullswater and then doing this again on the way back.
