(October 2019-January 2020) Contract at National Identification Authority Department – Card Verification Officer (CVO)
· Printing and issuing of printed Cards to applicant.
· Sorting, verification and issuance of printed Cards.
· Ensure the proper handling of all identity Card resources at the registration centre (blank and printed ID Cards, ribbons, laminates, etc).
· Manage the printer and print server to ascertain the status of Ghana Cards in print.
· Monitor the print server attached to the printer and the enrolment system at the registration centre.
· Account for direct usage of ID Card resources and equipment used for the printing of identity cards of applicants daily, and at the end of the registration period to the SRO for safe custody.
· Ensure that registration materials, equipment and logistics are in good condition for the next day’s registration exercise.
