I worked for 5 years in this company as one of their Business Processing Associate. Basically, we handled documents of their clients who wants to loan in a bank. We checked of the clienfs have mortgages or properties that would suffice to their loans.

I worked for 6 years in this company. I was assigned in Requirements Management Team. We processes all the requirements needed in applying for insurance.

Grab Taxi

Currently working as one of their Senior Customer Experience Associate. We handled the customers complains and solved them the soonest possible time.

Now, I am looking for a new job with great opportunities in another country. Working abroad would help me to provide all the needs of my family.
