STUDY OBJECTIVE
M.Sc. graduate with research background in production aspects of Agronomic crops. Seeking to upgrade my knowledge and competency on Plant production sciences and research skills. Then after to have significant role in the national and international food security strategies, sustainable livelihood and rural development.

RESEARCH INTERESTS
My future research plans are to have extensive studies on Plant Breeding of Agronomic crops, biotechnology aided for earliness, diseases resistance, high production, Agronomic crop biodiversity and their managements.

Responsible for research doing activities such as varieties developments through introgression of land races and introduced materials, conduct on farm and on station trials, under take selection, seed increase, foundation seed production of Pearl millet, Sorghum, maize and Groundnut varieties. Conduct impact assessments on released varieties.
I have participated in the implementation of different projects funded by Syngenta Foundation for sustainable Agriculture and ICRISAT on integrating improved Pearl millet and Sorghum varieties with natural resource management practices for increased productivity and on intercropping on Sorghum-Legumes and Pearl millet-legumes project funded by ASARECA. In addition I have attended few workshops and present papers on the status of Agronomic crops research in Eritrea.
