Ø Worked for Africa Life Assurance Zambia Limited as a Sales Agent and undertook the following duties:

Ø Marketing and Selling company products namely, Family Funeral Plan and Family Health Plan

Ø Dispelling negative cultural perceptions about Family Funeral Plan thus building a positive corporate image

Worked for Minestone Zambia Limited (now in liquidation), a Civil Engineering Construction Company, on contractual basis as a Site Clerk. Undertook the following duties:

Ø Growing of the company subscriber base by selling of cell phones and sim cards

Ø Managing of the company image as some prospective customers had negative perceptions about  marketing and sales project that MTN began.
