 Inspection Test Plan Application through IPROCON system, coordinate with quality
management team to accept certain block that are subject for inspection.
 Make repair plan of the block with the approval of QM, Owner & Class Rep.
 Check revision drawings and updates of each project regardless with Owners comment.
 Monitored the check sheet done by Line QC, rectification methods WPS (Welding
Procedure Specifications), in line with Owner and Class qualification standards.
 Maintaining the JHSEA (Job Health Safety Environment Analysis) implementing atleast zero
accident according to job description by workers.
 Consolidate and request for upgrade on the WQT license in each worker competency.
 Strictly implemented the (HPQS) Hull Production Quality Standards in Shipbuilding.
 Pushing the Foreman and Deputy Foreman to meet the production target plan of each
month.
 Block monitoring (daily, weekly and monthly according to WOD plan and actual).
 Quarterly and yearly checking of company asset, tools, welding consumables, etc.
 Conduct basic orientation seminar for newly hired workers, discussing the rules and
regulation inside the company premises.
