R1. Program Implementation

·   Supported District Project Coordinator (DPC) to prepare project level AIP, Quarterly plan, monthly plan & detail budget of interventions under CARE Nepal’s SoW esp. the SRMH and GESI components.

·   Supported the team to follow program guidelines, curriculums, protocols of health service & GESI components, ensured quality implementation of training, review meetings, and follow up after trainings, orientations & workshops/programs at district to community level.

·   Developed integrated/joint plan (monthly, quarterly & contingency) and facilitated to implement in close coordination with DHO, consortium partners and the implementing partner and staff.

·   Provided  technical  assistance  to  DHO  in  planning,  implementing  and  monitoring  of  Sexual Reproductive Health services of DHO.

·   Supported  project  team  to  ensure  access  and  service  utilization  by  the  hard  to  reach  and marginalized  population esp. the women and adolescent girls from the disadvantaged groups
