· Reduced lead times of overseas procurements by 40% through proper sourcing strategies
· Handled the European Union Grant of $ 2,000,000 (Two million Us Dollars) towards the procurement of factory machinery and civil works for construction of Buhweju Tea Factory.
· Handled the European Union Grant towards the procurement of Agricultural Drones for mapping the Igara Growers Tea Factory’s tea estates and farmers gardens under ACPEU( African Caribbean Pacific European Union) for technical center for Agricultural and rural corporation worth € 46000 ( Forty six thousand Euros)
