Key duties and Assignments
Assisted in the project design whuch included needs assessments, design logical frameworks and detailed plans(DIPs)
Assisted in the budgeting of funds for various activities.
Design of monitoring and tracer tools for Monitoring and Evalution.

GNC Urban and Rural Development Association of Zimbabwe is a Non-Governmental Organization whose main objective is rooted in humanitarian and social work. It focuses mainly on marginalised youth and women in rural areas across the 10 provinces of Zimbabwe. It empowers marginalised communities through advocacy, income generating projects, and skills training among other issues.
Key duties and assignments
• Donor grants proposal writing and review.
• Project design (needs assessment, design logical frameworks, design implementation/ work plans and monitoring & Evaluation frameworks.
• Strategic planning for new and existing programmes.
• Oversee the implementation of policy and strategic plans in the programmes and ensure that all activities have been carried out within the stipulated deadlines.
• Coordinate the planning and budgeting of new and existing programmes and ensure compliance with the donor requirements.
• Feedback on Programme Performance and reporting.
