As a Production Supervisor:

¤ Responsible in Production planning and manpower scheduling in every process.

¤  Responsible in maintaining  the good quality and high productivity of molded products.

¤  Responsible in maintaining  the 5’S on shop floor.

As a Injection Molding Technician:

¤ Responsible in mold installation and start-up production.

¤  Prepare the machine parameter and comparative data reports.

¤  Monitoring of mold temperature controller unit and material hopper dryer.

¤  Maintain the good quality and high productivity of molded products.

¤  Maintain the 5’S on shop floor.

As a Injection Molding Operator:

¤  Operate injection molding machine and ensure conformity with production

quality, quantity, timeliness and safety performance standard.

¤  Monitors the machine and report any abnormality to the immediate superior.

¤  Prepares machine report to reflect efficiency.

¤   Performs other duties and responsibilities germane to the position and other task may assign by the Superiors.
