Operate office machines and troubleshoot minor problems
Plan, schedule, coordinate and monitor project requirements
Prepare Project reports but not limited to market study and purchase requisition processing, and status reports
Handling phone calls and inquiries about the project
Perform root cause analysis of customer issues by evaluation and interpretation of information collected from their problem

Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications
Accurately process and record call transactions using a computer and designated tracking software
Ensure system is timely update with updates, patches, and revisions
Provide assistance to clients with technical issues in an end user side application.
Provide clear and concise phone support technical assistance to customers
Maintains records of customer interactions, transactions, details of inquiries, complaints, and comments
Perform helpdesk functions such as assisting callers through 1st level diagnosis or escalation to the proper department
Create and close ticket regarding customer’s complaint – Educate callers on resolution for basic technical concerns
