Precision Leader (CMM Operator)
1. Checks and monitor the daily issues encountered at in-process, initial shipment, inspection, line patrolling, outgoing inspection and customer complaint.
2. Verify all quality issues of the shift and coordinate to respective departments if failures are encountered.
3. Follow up actions to address the daily shift Quality Issues to respective departments.
4. Review shift report and turn over for the next shift.
5. Monitors outgoing injection, outgoing assembly and outgoing dimension.
6. Generate Reports to Quality Issues and highlight to superior and department
concerned.
7. Conducts trainings to inspectors on Quality Standards and Inspection Requirements.
8. Attends to Customer Quality Meetings.
9. To comply with the company’s code of conduct, policies and EICC provisions.
10. And all other tasks assigned by the superior related to the job objective as per job
requirements.
