Sales Activation Specialist • Sales & Operations: Prepares sales order creation daily and assisting customers need (i.e. overpayment, cancelled/replaced of sales order, transfer quantity of different materials). Ensure to release all cash orders with validated deposit slip of the day. Ensure price implementation in coordination with sales and ensure proper documentation if there is a price change. Reconciliation to the customers if there is discrepancy in both parties. • Health and Safety: Applied company rules, regulation and policies for safety. • Administration: Utilization of various sales tools (i.e. PO monitoring, Billing monitoring, SO balances and pricing processes) and coordination with other Sales and Commercial functions. Identifies critical tasks, process gaps and training needs for the customer service related systems. • Performance monitoring: Monitor and analyze the main KPI of “Order to Delivery” process related to Aggregates activity.
