• Work closely with Account Manager, Field Support, Engineering and Project
Management team on any issue.
• Ensure the success of Pervacio’ s product within the customers’ operation by
providing extraordinary customer relationships management.

Duties:
• Routinely monitor individual projects tasks completion as a lead pilot of
handset and sub-parts through the entire process-adhere to continuous
improvement strategies and recommend improvement; analyze low yield
issues and provide product dispositions.
• Interact and lead technicians on the production floor to collect data for
analysis to drive yield and process improvement, including efficient repair and
troubleshooting techniques.
