 Assign Craftsman / Machinist Preventive Maintenance
routine schedule.
 Responsible/Supervision of all repair activities carried out
as directed by Utilities/Tank Farm Foreman and Process
Foreman. Observes good maintenance and engineering
work practices. Carries out preventive/corrective
maintenance activities under minimum supervision, while
ensuring a safe working condition at site.
 Assign Work Request and collaborates with Technicians
and Contractors and discuss to carry out trouble shooting
repair and overhauling, parts replacement, motor coupling /
shaft alignment and ensure that Permit To Work (PTW) and
safety standard procedures are being followed by all
maintenance personnel. Follow up and checks status of
repair work in progress, also check that the work
completion is in accordance with established standards and
schedules.
 Inspect all equipment in all area, diagnose failures and
problems, arrange for maintenance and repair activities.
Prepare and submit daily reports on maintenance works
accomplished and results.
 Plan shutdown major overhauls of rotating equipment.
Hands-0n repairs of rotating equipment, dismantles,
repairs or replaces parts as per instructions, reassembles and
tests equipment in accordance with requirements and test
schedules.
 Ensure all required personal protective equipments (PPE) is
carried to location in compliance with regulation of the
company platform / rig requirements.
 Recommend Modification of Change (MOC) and necessary
adjustments as requires.
 Update in SAP (CMMS) system of the progress of the work
being executed on a daily basis and log pending activities.
 PRE-COMMISSIONING / COMMISSIONING / START-
UP OF PLANT UTILITIES / TANK FARM AND
OFFSITE / SOLID HANDLING DIVISIONS
EQUIPMENTS. Conduct equipments inspection at site to
creates punch list, and closed at MPCS (MECHANICAL
PERFORMANCE & CLOSE OUT SYSTEM) for
Mechanical Completion Certificate MCC, Final MCC and
Pre-Start Up Safety Review PSSR. Conduct preparation and
observation before and during the Mechanical Run Test
MRT completion.
