I currently deal with sales and leasing within my company.
In sales I manage a portfolio of properties for sale which I have sourced myself. I advertise the properties in order to find clients wishing to buy.
I develop and maintain relationships with both sellers and buyers in order to keep the stock and buyer exclusive to myself.
In leasing I provide accommodation for individuals and company staff accommodation.
Providing wide and extensive knowledge of the procedures in which to obtain a residential lease, covering Abu Dhabi, whether it be a Government or private lease contract, as I have dealt with a vast number of developers, individual landlords, management companies, relocation companies and housing departments.
I monitor the market on a daily basis for new and existing property from private landlords and various different property management companies.
Once the client decides on a unit, I will begin negotiations on the annual rent and contract start date, then move on to either preparing the Lease agreement or liaising with the management company or housing department to generate it themselves. I will also cover all work necessary in issuing the Tawtheeq, ADDC connection and final handover of the property.
