Driver’s disciplinary action to be done if any driver found for gross misconduct ie; alcohol failure, route chopping, bad customer service, un-healthy relationship with colleagues, accidents, mobile usage, speed infringements, dangerous driving.

Undertake daily health and safety inspections of the site, ensuring the premises are fit for purpose and safe at all times. Day to day liaison with bus drivers and station staff to ensure smooth operation of the bus station and bus service reliability.
